| How do I redeem my exam voucher? | |
| After you purchase an exam voucher from this site, you will receive detailed instructions by email on how to use the voucher to schedule your exam with Pearson VUE. Exam vouchers expire 12 months from date of purchase. Expiration dates can't be extended. The voucher must be used to schedule and sit the exam on or before the expiration date. |

| No. Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended. The exam must be taken on or before the expiration date noted within the email sent to you from pearson.com when you purchased. |

| The bundle I purchased included an exam voucher. Can I return it? | |
| No. Exam vouchers, including those sold as part of a product bundle, cannot be returned. All sales of vouchers are final. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable. |

| The price of my exam has changed since I purchased my exam voucher. Is the voucher still valid? | |
| Yes, the voucher is still valid for the exam(s) in which it was purchased for with no additional charge due. Vouchers can be used on or before the stated expiration date, even if a price change occurs. |
